Offerings
When we think about pregnancy, people spend a lot of time focusing on the growth & development of baby. While very important, we sometimes neglect the reality that the pregnant person is also growing.
Not just physically but spiritually, mentally, emotionally.
Perinatal offerings are intended to bring you physical movement to support the discomforts of an expanding body, but also the tools to take with you into birth & parenthood. Expect an experience that provides:
breathwork (pranayama)
functional evidence-based movement
mindfulness & meditation
educational resources
community support
connection with baby
Your nervous system shapes theirs.
In some yogic practices, it's believed there is a unique psycho-magnetic field that connects mother and child throughout their lives. Your baby's energy (aura, self, spirit) is believed to be intertwined with yours for up to 3 years post birth.

Studio-based classes & workshops offered throughout Chester County and the greater Philadelphia region, create space to move, learn, and connect alongside others in the perinatal season.
More Ways We Can Work Together
Support during the perinatal season isn’t one-size-fits-all. In addition to yoga classes and private sessions, I offer a range of ways to support you, your growing family, and your community through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
-
Birth Education & Postpartum Preparation
Holistic labor and postpartum preparation blending evidence-based education, practical tools, breathwork, and embodiment practices — designed to help you feel informed, grounded, and supported without the commitment of in-person birth support. Rooted in Doula education and yoga, these offerings nurture mind, body, and spirit through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
-
Partner Integration Sessions
Support for both you and your partner to prepare together for birth, postpartum recovery, and the early days of parenthood. These sessions focus on communication, comfort measures, and shared understanding.
-
Motherhood & Baby Blessing Ceremonies
A meaningful alternative to a traditional baby shower.
These gatherings center connection, intention, and ritual to honor the transition into motherhood in a grounded and supportive way.
Blessing both pregnant person and baby. -
Private & Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
Custom yoga or wellness sessions designed for you and a loved one, your circle of friends, mothers group, or community gathering—an intimate, in-home practice that meets you where you are and customized based on your intentions.
What People Are Saying
“Jenn genuinely cares about every mom, she reaches out personally, checks in, and even keeps track of each woman’s pregnancy due date. Whether you’re pregnant or postpartum, she makes you feel seen and supported. Her classes perfectly blend movement, stretching, and mindfulness, leaving me feeling strong, calm, and cared for. ”
— N.K.
“I kept saying during labor how yoga helped more than anything. The breathing during contractions, the movement, the breathing during birth. It was the only thing I did to prepare that actually prepared for that moment. I am so grateful for finding you.”
— T.A.
“I’m SO glad I was able to take prenatal classes with Jenn throughout my second pregnancy. She has a calming presence and is very knowledgeable about prenatal/postnatal yoga. It is so important during pregnancy to feel supported and have community and her classes always provided that. The movement and breath work in the prenatal classes allowed me to feel more connected to my pregnant body and to my baby. I’d highly recommend to anyone prenatal and postnatal.”
— K.R.
“I joined Jenn’s prenatal class at the beginning of my second trimester and continued until my baby arrived. Out of my four pregnancies, it was the first time I had ever taken a prenatal class, and from the moment I joined, I felt completely supported, informed, and empowered. Jenn creates such a calm and welcoming environment for all of her students, no matter what stage they are in on their pre- or postnatal journey. If I could go back, I would have loved to join her class during each of my pregnancies!”
— V.S.
“I want to say thanks for supporting me throughout the pregnancy. I really feel like I owe a lot of it to prenatal yoga and how empowering it made me feel. So thank you.”
— T.T.
“While many classes focus mainly on pregnant women, Jenn made sure to give postpartum moms just as much attention. It was the perfect balance of meditation, stretching, and prenatal-specific movements..”
— N.K.
“Jenn tailored each session to my specific needs and was so supportive of my specific situation as a loss mom. She helped me to relax and breathe. She had so many helpful tips for childbirth and postpartum nutrition and care. We had a great delivery and postpartum thanks in part to her guidance!”
— C.H.
“Jenn creates safe, calming, and nourishing spaces. I’ve attended her yoga classes with and without baby, and I appreciate her flexibility and understanding, especially in the baby and me class. I’m so grateful for the space to nurture myself in the perinatal and postpartum period.”
— R.K.
“I really appreciated all of the time and preparation you put in to our private sessions leading up to the birth of my baby. It gave me something positive, healthy, and productive to focus on in a time where I was feeling anxious. Thank you so much for all of the support! I am really looking forward to joining a postnatal class some time soon, and a BYOB (bring your own baby!) class.”
— M.A.
“Jenn’s classes are so calming and helpful for me. Being in her prenatal class was so emotional for me to be near so many other women going through the same experience as me. It was really powerful! Jenn is super knowledgeable about yoga and the perinatal experience. She also has a great network which is very helpful for new parents who need information and recommendations. I look forward to working with her and taking more classes!”
— J.S.
“We all deserve a safe place to discuss our fears surrounding childbirth, pregnancy, motherhood, and postpartum. We also should normalize prioritizing birth prep and recovery, just as much as we prioritize baby showers and gender reveal parties. It is so important to prepare our bodies and minds for childbirth - all soon to be mothers need to meet Jenn!”
— S.A.
“I really enjoyed the personalized guided meditations. Jenn and I were able to come up with a personalized mantra to help me deal with the anxiety surrounding childbirth and postpartum. The mantra that resonated with me the most was about surrendering. I had a prolonger labor/medically necessary induction (36 hour labor and pushed for 3 hours), which was complicated by an emergency c-section. I was able to veer from my birth plan and do what was safest for my baby and me, which was finally surrendering and making the decision to proceed with a c-section. Only two days later, I was discharged home, with a beautiful healthy girl - and I don't regret any decisions made along the way!
I also loved the partner-integrated session with my husband. He was able to help the L&D nurse with so many different birthing positions and even the nurse was complimenting my husband and how prepared he was!”
